<p>Polyorganosiloxanes are described which contain at least one unit in which at least 1 quaternized nitrogen atom is present. In addition, the polysiloxanes also contain at least one other nitrogen-containing radical. The polyorganosiloxanes can be converted into stable aqueous solutions or dispersions which are suitable in an excellent manner for the finishing of textile fiber materials and impart inner softness thereto.</p> |
