PURPOSE: A method for buying an article using a loan card is provided to previously get the loan for buying the article by using the load card, and to smoothly flow cash by buying an expensive article in installments with the loan card. CONSTITUTION: A user requests to buy article with a loan card. A salesman inputs and transmits article information to an electronic cash transfer server(S502). The electronic cash transfer server stores the request with the member ID information, and transfers the request to a loan payment server(S503). The loan payment server decides to permit the request of the user by judging the user's credit based on the user information(S504). If the request is permitted, the permission information is provided to the member client(S508). The loan payment server transfers a total price of the permitted article to an account of the electronic cash transfer server account(S509). The electronic cash transfer server gives the article price to the account of the member client(S510).
