<p>It is intended to provide peptides which are particularly useful as drugs and foods. This object can be achieved by providing peptides having specific amino acid sequences which exert effects of promoting the production of insulin, controlling the secretion of gastric juice, promoting the production of growth hormone, lowering blood pressure, inhibiting fat accumulation, controlling allergy, relieving pain and promoting the central nerve system functions. Using these peptides, novel drugs, foods, etc. having the above functions can be obtained.</p> |
