PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have a simple constitution, and to automatically change an operating state of a gripper-control device. SOLUTION: There are provided an actuating element (28) cooperatively engaging with an actuating shaft (22), and an adjusting element (30) which is movable relative to a cylinder (8) and disposed externally to the cylinder (8). The adjusting element cooperatively engages with the actuating element (28) for moving the actuating element approximately synchronously with the cylinder (8) during operation of a sheet-processing machine (1), while the actuating shaft (22) remains in a prescribed position with respect to the cylinder (8). The actuating element (28) is changeable in position relative to the cylinder (8) by the adjusting element (30), whenever the operating state is changed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
