PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simulating a tire manufacturing process by which a deformation status of tire, a distortion, a stress and a tension of each tire member which occur in each manufacturing process before vulcanization are calculated, and a program for putting this method into practice, a method for manufacturing a pneumatic tire and a pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: The method for simulating a tire manufacturing process comprises a step to simulate a tire manufacturing process through creating a green tire casing model, a tread/belt model, a bladder model and a vulcanization mold model (step S100), a step to inflate a green tire casing model by applying a pressure to the inner peripheral face of the green tire easing model and create a green tire model by contact-bonding the green tire casing model to the tread/belt model (step S110) and a step to dilate the green tire model to the shape of the inner surface of the vulcanization mold model as dilation limits (step S120).
