PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator extremely lowered in the adhesion possibility of dust and the possibility of damage. SOLUTION: The laminator 1 is equipped with upper and lower rollers 12 for introducing films F from which release papers S are peeled and substrate sheets W and moved to a downstream side to cover the substrate sheets W with the films F, and plates 11 having knife edges 11a around which the release papers S of the films F are folded back. By arranging the knife edges 11a in the vicinity of the upstream side of the rollers 12, the release papers S are peeled immediately before the substrate sheets W are covered with the films F.
