PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high adhesive properties of a base sheet even with a design layer formed by an offset printing plate. SOLUTION: The decorated sheet comprises an anchor layer 2 made of a urethane resin or a vinyl resin having a polar structure, and a design layer 3 formed by an offset printing plate having screen ruling of 300 to 500/inch by using an ink containing an oxidation polymerization resin binder, laminated on the layer 2, on a base sheet 1.
