PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently provide the air conditioning air into a passenger compartment even if an air conditioning air blow-off port is covered by a seat back. SOLUTION: A first blow-off port 32 connected to a first duct 34 is provided in a side end of an instrument panel 1. When a passenger seat 4 is moved forward fully to a folded position, the first blow-off port 32 is covered with a seat back 11 inclined forward. The seat back 11 is formed with a second duct 47 to be adjusted when the first blow-off port 32 is covered and a second blow-off port 48 opened in rear continuously to the second duct 47. A part of the first duct 34 is structured to be divided into a fixed duct 94A and a movable duct 94B, and when the seat back 11 is inclined forward, the second duct 95 formed in the seat back 11 is communicated with the fixed duct 94A in place of the movable duct 94B.
