PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for exchanging a control signal in a communication mode wherein game media are correctly discharged. SOLUTION: When an REQ signal is received, a discharge control CPU drives a discharge motor to discharge 15 bonus balls as indicated by a discharge number signal. The output state of the REQ signal is kept when a CPU does not confirm the discharge of the 15 bonus balls even after the driving of the discharge motor. When the discharge control CPU confirms that the output state of the REQ signal is kept even after a bonus passage waiting time elapses, the discharge motor is driven in order to discharge one bonus ball as a compensation processing. When the discharge of the 15 bonus balls is confirmed by the discharge of one ball, the CPU stops the output of the REQ signal and the discharge number signal.
