<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film for metallic sheet lamination which excels in processability and impact resistance and excels in adhesion after heating after processing, accordingly withstands severe fabrication and, in addition, can stably obtain performance independently of molding conditions, its manufacturing method, a laminated metallic sheet, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The resin film for metallic sheet lamination is composed of a mixed resin obtained by dispersing 3-30 wt.%, based on the total resin weight, particulate resin present in a particulate state having a particle diameter of 0.1-5μm into a thermoplastic polyester resin, the particulate resin being a modified polyolefin resin containing 2-20 wt.%, by weight ratio in terms of the carboxyl group, functional group to be derived from a carboxyl acid. With respect to the above modified polyolefin resin, its amount which is in a particulate state having a particle diameter of 0.1-5μm present in the film is 3-25 vol.% by volume fraction in the mixed resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
