In addition, a foggy (gaseous phase) hydrogen donor 48, such as methanol, is charged into the hermetic reaction chamber to progress the anaerobic reaction and further formed gaseous nitrogen 50 is stuck to the activated sludge and while the sludge is dispersed and suspended, the gas is sent up in the form of gaseous bubbles from the water tank to give rise to the anaerobic reaction considerably enhancing the advection effect of the raw water and the activated sludge.
