PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device for molding an optical disk having good resistance and durability by preventing the abrasion of mold bodies caused by heating/cooling and a corrosive gas accompanied by a molten resin in each shot. SOLUTION: A fixed mold (first mold body) 1 and a movable mold (second mold body) 2 for partitioning a cavity space for molding the optical disk by injection molding are provided. A coating film 2b in which a TiC film 2C and a TiN film 2N are laminated is formed at least on a resin contact surface 2a of at least one of the first and second mold bodies. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
