GRINDING PROCESS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding process device capable of continuously and automatically performing grinding work for deburring an end surface along each side of a work substrate and suitable for mass production. SOLUTION: The work substrate is automatically fed in a conveyor line of a conveyor belt. Brushes rotating at high speed are brought into contact with the end surface of the conveyed work substrate. The conveyed work substrate is held by the brush and right side and left side surfaces are deburred by the first and second brushes. After that a direction is roughly perpendicularly changed and an upper side and a lower side surfaces are deburred by the third and fourth brushes. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
