PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic therapeutic instrument which can prevent feed liquid from scattering, has high controllability with wide versatility of an adapter section for supporting a probe, and can utilize a transducer and a endoscope of general-purpose. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic therapeutic instrument is formed in the supporting adapter section 4 with an empty space 55 for receiving water-drops which covers a waterproof cap 11 and prevents leaked water from the water-proof cap 11 from scattering, while being provided with an attachment 52 on the connecting portion between an ultrasonic transducer and the supporting adapter section 4.
