PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a clasp providing easy engagement and disengagement when putting on and taking off a necklace or the like, to facilitate and ensure the engagement and disengagement by a simple structure, to provide a connecting tool which can be adapted not only to the clasp but also a pendant, a key holder or the like and a manufacturing method of a component used in the connecting tool, and to resolve a difficulty in grooving work to an inner peripheral face of a cylinder which is a mandatory component. SOLUTION: The connecting tool is provided with a lock pin for locking provided so as to resiliently reciprocate in an outer circumferential direction of a piston member, and a recessed part for locking the lock pin in an inner peripheral face of a cylinder member. An elastic member is provided for detaching the piston member from the cylinder member. The recessed part is formed in a substantially center part of a guide groove continuing in a W- shape or an M-shape between an inlet and an outlet, and particularly, a deepest part is formed in the recessed part for stably locking the lock pin. The guide groove is precedently formed on a tabular material by press working, and the tabular material is rolled to form the cylinder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
