PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller in which any internal pressure is not changed, or there are no troubles such as water ingress even when operation buttons are depressed. SOLUTION: This electronic controller comprises an accommodation chamber B to accommodate electronic components and a ventilation chamber C adjacent thereto. In the accommodation chamber B, the volume of the internal space is reduced as the operation buttons 41 and 42 are depressed, and the accommodation chamber is communicated with the ventilation chamber C via an internal communication unit D, and kept in a watertight condition except the internal communication unit D, and the ventilation chamber C has an external communication unit E to be communicated with the outside.
