摘要 FIELD: mechanical engineering; testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: proposed method of cycle testing of parts of gas turbine engine rotors for preset service life in engine includes starts of engine (zero-to-compression cycles) and subsequent test cycles under corresponding conditions with changing to said conditions at fixed value of acceleration time. Starting and tests of engine are carried out with attaining maximum thrust conditions. Transition from idling conditions to maximum thrust conditions is carried out at acceleration corresponding to two-fold value of acceleration at maximum thrust conditions. Number of starts (zero-to-compression cycles) is equal to number of take-offs per service life. Number of bringings to maximum thrust conditions is increased by required number of bringings to afterburner power conditions per service life, with gas temperature at testing reduced by value at which ultimate and yield strength of material of hottest part of rotor is exceeded by not more than 1%. EFFECT: provision of reliable results of tests of rotor parts, except for working blades, at reduction of material consumption and time taken for test.
