FIELD: earth-moving machinery. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous-action earth moving machines. Proposed working member has hollow housing with holders and cutters fitted on holders. Cutters are provided with toothed rims and are installed for rotation around their axles by means of closed toothed rims arranged in hollow housing and kept in constant engagement with toothed rims on cutters. Sectional cutters consist of coaxially installed parts. Each said part has gear joint with closed toothed rims mounted inside hollow housing.
