PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing an onion tea product that is removed from the unpleasant smell and taste of the onion without the loss of nutrients thereof. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an onion tea product is characterized by the steps of: selecting and washing onions; dewatering and cutting them; drying the cut pieces thereof by heating them indirectly with heat of 100 deg.C for 5-7 hours; and pulverizing them into 100-200 meshes.
