PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing instant noodle by using wheat flour, palm oil, potato starch, acetylated starch, refined salt and an edible coloring agent. Therefore, the manufactured noodle has various colors. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing instant noodle is characterized by the steps of; mixing wheat flour, palm oil, acetylated starch and refined salt; and adding an edible coloring agent to the mixture thereof. The manufactured instant noodle has various colors to satisfy consumer's taste preference and to boost his/her palatability. |
