PURPOSE: Provided are methods for packing processed ginseng and extracting ginseng, thereby providing the ginseng product having improved quality, maintaining the freshness and active ingredients thereof, and containing excellent pharmacological efficacy. CONSTITUTION: In methods for packing processed ginseng and extracting ginseng, the packing material is characteristically manufactured by using gold, silver, glass, ceramics, yellow loess pot, bamboo, stainless steel, the ginseng to be packed is bunched by using thread, bamboo cut pieces, the bark of mulberry tree, yam or the like, and animal bones. The extract of ginseng is obtained by heating the packing container indirectly.
