PURPOSE: A system for monitoring a motor is provided to prevent the failure of motor by controlling an operation of a magnet switch based on the monitoring result. CONSTITUTION: A motor unit(1) is comprised of a motor, an auxiliary coil for detecting an induced voltage generated by a motor, and a thermostat for detecting the temperature of a stator coil. A power supply supplies input power to the motor unit(1). A vibration detecting unit(3) adheres a vibration detecting sensor to the motor of the motor unit(1) to detect motor vibration. A signal amplifying unit(4) linearly amplifies the signal according to a vibration value detected from the vibration detecting unit(3) to output it. A signal amplifying and rectifying unit(5) linearly amplifies the signal according to an induced voltage value detected from the auxiliary coil within the motor unit(1) and full-wave-rectifies the amplified signal to output it. A signal insulating unit(6) insulates the signal according to the stator temperature detected from the thermostat within the motor unit(1) to output it. A signal insulating and rectifying unit(7) insulates the signal according to each phase of the input power applied to the motor unit(1) from the power supply. A microprocessor(8) converts an analog signal outputted from the signal amplifying unit(4) and the signal amplifying and rectifying unit(5) into a digital signal to display a corresponding vibration value and the induced voltage value and to output a corresponding relay contact point control signal, and determines the temperature state of the stator coil and the rotatory direction of the motor to control the displaying thereof and to output a corresponding relay contact point control signal. An LED(Light Emitting Diode) display unit(9) displays the corresponding vibration value, the induced voltage value, the temperature state of the stator coil, and the rotatory direction of the motor under the control of the microprocessor(8). A relay output unit(10) is comprised of plural relays and changes an output contact point by an open state or a close state according to the relay contact point control signal outputted from the microprocessor(8).
