PURPOSE: Provided is a method for treating polluted water by feeding catalyst oxidized water produced by reaction between ceramic catalyst and sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) to the polluted water to deodorize, reduce sludge and decompose organic materials. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing catalyst oxidized water by reaction between ceramic catalyst and sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution in a catalyst packing tower(10), and feeding the catalyst oxidized water to a wastewater treatment reactor(20).
