PURPOSE: An optical filter and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce weight and thickness of the filter, while reducing manufacturing procedures and costs. CONSTITUTION: An optical filter(20) comprises a glass substrate(21); a reflection preventive light transmitting film(25) formed on the glass substrate, and which includes a transparent substrate, a reflection prevention film formed on the front surface of the transparent substrate, a near red light shielding and selective light absorbing layer formed on the rear surface of the transparent substrate, and an adhesive layer formed on the near red light shielding and selective light absorbing layer, wherein the adhesive layer directly contacts the front surface of the glass substrate; an adhesive intermediate film(22) formed on the rear surface of the glass substrate; an electromagnetic interference shielding layer(23) formed on the adhesive intermediate film; and a reflection preventive film(24) formed on the electromagnetic interference shielding layer. |
