PURPOSE: Provided is a complex sheet for an artificial leather which involves excellent dimensional stability while giving soft feeling or tenderness, and is effectively used in vehicles, furniture, clothes and leathers. CONSTITUTION: The complex sheet for an artificial leather comprises a non-woven fabric layer(1) formed with an ultra-fine fiber having a thickness of 0.3 denier or less, a knitted or woven fabric layer(2) formed with an ultra-fine fiber having a thickness of 0.3 denier or less, and a polyurethane resin. The ultra-fine fibers of the non-woven fabric layer and the knitted or woven fabric layer are interlaced and intermingled with each other.
