<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in producing a post base. <P>SOLUTION: The post base 51 is provided with a sheet metal base 53 and an inclined pole 56 arranged in one piece in the base 53 via a constricted section 54. A guiding roller 58 for guiding a magnetic tape stands on the upper surface of the base 53. The inclined pole 56 is obtained through plate metal-bending process, and it has a curved part 56a whose section curves in circular arc. The inclined pole 56 is inclined at a prescribed angle so that the magnetic tape, which is slid with the guiding roller 58, may be guided to a rotational drum unit 28. Thus, for the post base 51, the parts except the guiding roller 58 are formed by a plate metal processing, and therefore a mold manufacturing for molding is not required, a production cost is kept at a low level, and thinning the base 53 can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
