PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy finding of the position of an electric lamp switch panel in rooms of not only a new building to be built, but also for existing buildings, when in darkness so as to instantly deal with household accidents such as an indoor false step, an indoor fall or the like and other emergencies. SOLUTION: In this panel cover, a photosensitive sensor and a light-emitting diode are incorporated, and a primary battery and a second battery are comprised as a power source.
