PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered label which permits inexpensively manufacturing of the multilayered labels of diversified kinds in a small lot or small quantity with a printing machine, such as a simple and relatively small-sized intermittent printing machine which exists from heretofore and with which the illicit use is protected and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The multilayered label having a label section 31 of the first layer, a first transparent film 41 on a lower layer side and a second transparent film 43 on an upper layer side laminated one another across a pseudo adhesive layer 42 held therebetween, and having a label section 32 of a second layer reverse printed with printing contents 44 of the second layer on the second transparent film 43 and a label section 33 of a third layer is manufactured by noticing the facts that the label section having the transparent films 41 and 43 laminated one another across the pseudo adhesive layer 42 held therebetween is adopted as an intermediate layer between the lower layer side label section and the upper layer side label section, that the transparent film 43 is subjected to reverse printing and that the printing contents 44 are visually recognized through the transparent film 43.
