PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device capable of obtaining a satisfactory fixed image at a high speed by highly efficiently heating a fixation body while shortening the waiting time, reducing the power consumption and dispensing with a large-sized device and cost increase, and to provide an image forming device equipped with the fixation device. SOLUTION: A heat roller 3 is provided with a heat-resistant base layer capable of transmitting infrared rays, heat is generated by a halogen lamp 2 in a space inside the base layer, and the infrared rays are emitted from the lamp 2. A reflection film 1 for reflecting the infrared rays emitted from the halogen lamp 2 toward a prescribed direction is partly arranged on the halogen lamp 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
