PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a sufficient accuracy of an angle measurement and a sufficient resolution of the angle are not obtained because of an error which is caused by a responsive error of a guiding sensor (e.g. pattern error or positional error of elements) or an effect of noise and exists in an estimated value of an incident angleθ1(u,v),...,θK(u,v). SOLUTION: The angle measuring device which receives arriving waves using a plurality of antenna elements, has a plurality of angle measuring means which output the estimated values of incident angle being estimated as incident angles of the arriving waves in the VESPA process by using signals received by a plurality of guiding sensors composed of pairs of antenna elements different from each other, and a integrating means which integrates the plurality of estimated values of incident angle output from the plurality of angle measuring means, executes a process where error components are suppressed and outputs a processed result as an estimated result of the incident angle of the arriving wave.
