摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the corrosion resistance of a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger 1 is formed by alternately stacking tubes 2 and outer fins 3. The tubes 2 are composed of two sheets of heat transfer plates 4 oppositely bonded to each other, and provided with an inlet tank part 22, an outlet tank part 23, and a water flow passage. The tank parts 22, 23 are provided with bushings 27, 28 for reinforcement. As the inlet tank part 22, the outlet tank part 23, and communication openings 24b, 25b have the approximately rectangular shape, the rotation of the bushings 27, 28 are restricted by wall faces of the tank parts 22, 23 and the communication openings 24b, 25b, even when the direction of the heat exchanger 1 is changed in transporting and the like. As the bushings 27, 28 are placed on predetermined positions while keeping flat outer wall faces of the tank parts 22, 23, a bonding area of the adjacent tank parts 22, 23 can be prevented from being partially reduced.
