<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive photosensitive resin composition excellent in adhesion to a substrate and yellowing resistance and capable of forming a high definition pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive photosensitive resin composition contains at least (A) a binder polymer comprising an organic polymer, (B) a polyether compound represented by formula (1), (C) a polymerizable vinyl monomer and (D) a photopolymerization initiator. When (C) the polymerizable vinyl monomer is 3,4- epoxycyclohexylmethyl(meth)acrylate, it has good compatibility with (B) and adhesion to a substrate is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
