PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect a toilet room temperature and start operation of a compressor to operate the refrigerating cycle of a cooling means by sucking air in a toilet room into the body of a toilet device when the cooling means is turned on to maintain the ambient temperature of a room temperature detection means at a temperature equal to the toilet room temperature. SOLUTION: When the operation of the cooling means 28 is started or the operation of the cooling means 28 is turned on by a set temperature and a detected temperature, a blower 40 is operated and, when the detected temperature is higher than the set temperature, the operation of the compressor 36 is started based on the detected results of a room temperature after a specified time is passed and, when the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, the operation of the blower 40 is stopped.
