PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To render reusable even a clip which has a bush shaft part suffering from creep deformation, while a pin shaft part has a simple shape. SOLUTION: A clip 1 comprises a bush 6 which is provided with a flange 10 and a shaft part 11 and formed in a hollow, and a pin 5 which has a shaft part 9 inserted into the bush 6. The bush shaft part 11 is expanded by inserting the pin shaft part 9 into the bush shaft part 11. Mounted members 2 and 3 are mutually coupled by the expanded bush shaft part 26 and the bush flange 10. A guide 13 extended out from the tip of the bush shaft part in the position where the bush shaft part is not expanded by being inserted into the bush shaft part 11 is formed at the tip of the pin shaft part 5. The guide 13 has a large diameter part 14 with a diameter bigger than the tip of the bush shaft part. The diameter of the large diameter part 14 is formed bigger than the diameter of the thick-walled part 26 of the bush shaft part undergoing creep deformation into an expanded state by a pin shaft part.
