PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form capable of changing the width of side plates according to a using condition or omitting the side plate sections. SOLUTION: The plastic concrete form 30 has a hollow sheathing board section 32 and hollow side board sections 33 bent at right angles from both side edges. In the plastic form 30, the sheathing board 32 and side board section 33 are integrally formed with two sheets of tabular boards 36 and a plurality of ribs 37 connecting the tabular boards 36, orthogonally attached them. The depth from the side face 40 of the side board section 33 to the rear face 34 of the sheathing board section 32 is 60 mm. One of the reinforcing ribs 37 of the side board section 33 is formed with a distance of 10 mm from the side face 40. The total of the distance between the tabular board 36 of the concrete placing face 31 side of the sheathing board section 32 and the reinforcing rib 37 of the side board section 33 nearest to the tabular board 36, the thickness of the tabular board 36, and the thickness of the reinforcing rib 37, is the same as the thickness of the sheathing board section 32.
