<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an objective lens mounting fixture to accurately mount an objective lens, and an objective lens holder. <P>SOLUTION: The objective lens mounting fixture is provided with a holder placement part to place and hold the objective lens, and a depressing part to depress the objective lens to the objective lens holder in a state facing to the holder placement part and moving vertically. The fixture is supported by the depressing part and provided with a depressing part member to depress a periphery of the objective lens of the objective lens holder. The holder placement part is provided with a concave part to which a fitting parts of the object lens holder are fitted together or a convex part. In a depress part member, a protruding parts provided at the bottom end parts of the depress parts are inserted through and fitted together, a hole part whose diameters become larger in upwards is set, and at least 3 leg parts contacting to the above periphery, or a tube having a plurality of slits contacting the periphery and openings at the bottom end part side are provided.
