PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission and reception system, using the transmitting function of a mobile communication body such as a portable telephone, which can impart an additional function as a common switch to the portable telephone, etc., and structure an inexpensive keyless system requiring no telephone charge by using portable telephones, etc., explosively increasing in use population in recent years and using the function of their radio wave transmission parts.
