A dirigible balloon consists of an envelope (100) of small dimensions equipped with: a propulsion sub-assembly comprising a nacelle (200) with a drive system for two propellers (220a); a steering sub-assembly with fins (110, 120, 130) and a propeller (131); a camera subassembly (300); and a control sub-assembly with an on-board receiver. The dirigible balloon, for use inside a building or in the open air, consists of an envelope (100) of small dimensions equipped with the following sub-assemblies: a propulsion sub-assembly comprising a nacelle (200) with a drive system for two propellers (220a); a steering sub-assembly with fins (110, 120, 130) and a propeller (131) with its axis of rotation perpendicular to the balloon's lengthwise axis; a camera subassembly (300) with a system for moving and protecting a camera; and a control sub-assembly with an on-board receiver for radio waves controlling the various sub-assemblies, sent from a ground transmitter.
