<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use notebook PC (personal computer). <P>SOLUTION: The notebook PC 11 has a monitor part 15 and a main body part 13, and the monitor part 15 and the main body part 13 are connected by an arm part 20 via a first hinge part 22 and a second hinge part 23. In the notebook type PC 11, the tilt angle of the monitor part 15 is preserved, irrespective of the change of vertical position of the monitor part 15. Furthermore, because a turning force is exerted on the first hinge part 22 in the direction opposite to an arrow, the arm part 20 can be easily moved up from the body part 13 and the arm part 20 can be housed stably, when housed in the main body unit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
