PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive film for protecting an optical sheet, which has excellent protecting performance of the optical sheet and hardly transfers the mark of entrapped bubbles and the back shape of a plastic film to an adhesive face, and to provide the optical sheet. SOLUTION: In this adhesive film which comprises the plastic film having a primer layer and an adhesive layer laminated on the primer layer and is applied to the optical sheet by the adhesive layer and protects the optical sheet, the adhesive layer comprises a crosslinking type adhesive containing a crosslinking agent and has≤2.0μm average roughness of ten points on the surface of the adhesive layer and the primer layer contains a crosslinking promoter.
