<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the communication rate by confirming opposite communication party without performing complicated cryptographic processing. <P>SOLUTION: Radio communication equipment is provided with a receiving and demodulating part 12 for generating an actual transmission path characteristic R and data D based on an actually received reception signal, a transmission path characteristic data storing part 13 for communicating a known signal with a correct opposite communication party to store premeasured expectant transmission path characteristics T and retrieving a transmission path characteristic T corresponding to receiving position data obtained by a GPS device among the stored expectant transmission path characteristics T to output the retrieved transmission path characteristic T, a decision part 14 for outputting a decision output E=1 showing that the received data D is valid when the transmission path characteristic R with the expectant transmission path characteristic T and the transmission path characteristic R coincides with the expectant transmission path characteristic T, and a reception signal confirming part 10 for confirming the opposite communication party is correct. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
