The matt finish plate is of transparent plastic or glass and has a formed frame [12a] around the periphery. The inner area [14] form the region where the photographic image is projected onto. The size of the projection area is some 21 mm wide and 12.65 high with an aspect ratio of 1.66. A focussing cross is formed [16a] in the centre.
