PURPOSE: Provided is a backflow cutoff needle hub for an intravenous set which has the structure to prevent the leakage of blood when connecting the intravenous set and to cutoff the backflow occurred when the infusion pressure is suddenly lowered in infusion. CONSTITUTION: The backflow cutoff needle hub is applied to the blood transfusion needle(100) of biodegradable material instead of using a metal guide needle. An infusion solution channel(13) is formed in the main body(10), a part(12) for inserting the blood transfusion needle is formed in one side, a part for inserting tube is formed in another side, a backflow control valve(20) is bonded to the infusion channel. When the blood transfusion needle of biodegradable material enters the blood vessel with the needle bonded to the needle inserting part, the blood leakage is blocked by the backflow control valve and after connecting the intravenous set(110), the blood backflow is prevented.
