PURPOSE: A foldable hat is provided which is put on by a simple assembling when put on and is carried and stored by folding compactly it when stored. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of fold lines(11) are formed on a visor(1). A band(2a) and a forehead pad(3) are formed on one side of the trailer of the visor(1) to form a predetermined angle and a band(2b) is formed on the other side thereof. The bands(2a,2b) are formed with a binder(21) for binding each other and a plurality of cutaway lines(25) and a plurality of foldable lines(22a,22b). On the forehead pad(3), a foldable line(32) is formed and a stopping groove is formed on the position corresponding to the region connected to the visor so that the forehead pad does not move in a folded state. A stopper(35) is formed on the end so as to be assembled to a stopping hole(23) of the band(2b).
