PURPOSE: Provided is a system for treating high concentration organic wastewater, the system being capable of increasing fermentation efficiency, minimizing fermentation heat loss and preventing pipe clogging and fermentation solution leakage by arranging an aeration tank to abut on a fermentation tank. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a storage tank(20) for storing high concentration organic wastewater, a solid-liquid separator(30) for separating the high concentration organic wastewater into decant water and solids, a fermentation tank(40) for producing compost by mixing sawdust with the decant water and fermenting the mixture, an aeration tank(50) installed abutting on the fermentation tank(40) for storing and aerating the decant water, a blower(80) and an air supplying pipe for supplying air to the aeration tank(50), and a mixer(60) moving along a rail installed over the fermentation tank(40) for stirring compost raw material in the fermentation tank(40).
