LATERAL FLOW QUANTITATIVE ASSAY METHOD AND STRIP AND PACKAGE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A lateral flow quantitative assay method and a strip and package therefor are provided, thereby simultaneously and accurately quantifying a number of testing samples. CONSTITUTION: A lateral flow quantitative assay method comprises the steps of: dropping a liquid sample into one end of chromatography; reacting the testing sample with a probe to form a conjugate of testing sample and probe; reacting the conjugate with a captor to form a complex of the testing sample-labeled probe and captor; and quantifying the complex of the testing sample-labeled probe and captor, wherein the quantification process is carried out by using an optical method using laser. The lateral flow quantitative assay strip used for the lateral flow quantitative assay comprises a backing(6) supporting the strip, a sample pad(2), a conjugate releasing pad(3), chromatography medium(4) and an absorption pad(5).
