<p>Process for thermal shaping the hollow articles having bottom, whilst in the one pre-determined operational cycle the pressed hollow article is produced from the sheet of thermoplastic material by the thermal shaping and cutting of at least one hollow article by one half of the double outer form by one part of the form, which is placed in the shaping area opposite to the core of the form and the outer form, containing at least one thermally shaped hollow article is moved to the related emptying area alternately on the one or the other side of the shaping area, whilst at least on thermally shaped hollow article is picked up of the outer form placed in its related emptying area and each hollow article is moved on the one of the supplies row, arranged for the sequential movement by steps along the conveying trajectory. The supplies are sequentially moved to at least one producing, or manipulating position concurrently with the movement of the outer form, back to the position of their upper half opposite to the core of the form for producing the hollow article and the hollow article is made and at least one producing or manipulating operation on all hollow articles carried by at least on supply is made concurrently with the production of the following hollow article. The device for performing of such process is also the subject of the protection.</p> |
