PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating device capable of facilitating assembly work in stable precision. SOLUTION: This vibrating device is constituted by arranging a vibrating plate 30 with a slight clearance between an electromagnet 20 and the vibrating plate 30 and mounting the vibrating plate 30 on a pedestal 10 with a plate spring 40. The pedestal 10 and the vibrating plate 30 are manufactured in a form bent so as to make both ends in parallel under a lost wax process. The pedestal 10 and the vibrating plate 30 are arranged so that bent ends face against each other and both ends of the plate spring 40 are fixed on the pedestal 10 and the vibrating plate 30, and consequently, central parts of the pedestal and the vibrating plate 30 are never slightly curved and it is possible to precisely assemble the vibrating device in previously set specified dimensions only by connecting the pedestal and the vibrating plate to each other by the plate spring. Consequently, fine adjustment to secure the slight clearance between the electromagnet and the vibrating plate is eliminated, and assembly time of the vibrating device is shortened.
