PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cleaning apparatus capable of facilitating the disposal of harmful organic substances such as an oil component or the like in soil. SOLUTION: The soil cleaning apparatus 100 is equipped with an extraction tank 101 filled with soil 1 polluted with the harmful organic substance, a solvent storage tank 102 for supplying an extraction solvent 2 into the extraction tank 101, a supply pump 105 or the like, a refining apparatus 104 heating and evaporating the extraction solvent 2a having extracted the harmful organic substance in the extraction tank 101 to refine the same by utilizing boiling point difference, a solvent recovery tank 103 for temporarily storing the extraction solvent 2a to supply the same to the refining apparatus 104, supply pumps 106 and 107 or the like, a supply pump 108 for supplying the refined extraction solvent 2a into the extraction tank 101 to reutilize the same, a separator 110 for separating water 4 and the harmful organic substance 5 in the residual component 3 remaining in the refining apparatus 104 and a supply pump 109 for supplying the residual component 3 to the separator 110 from the refining apparatus 104.
