<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a red to purple natural salt containing mineral components in seawater and materials effective for health promotion. <P>SOLUTION: The extract solution of polyphenols, obtained by fermentation of purple sweet potato, and of several kinds of mineral components is provided, a juice of citrus fruits, e.g. Citrus depressa, containing citric acid is added to the obtained solution to adjust pH of the solution about 3 and the resultant is added to natural salt and dried to produce the red to purple salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
